2. Clients do not need points, talent needs proposal points to apply for jobs.
3. Talent gets proposal points by providing proof of careers. With the proposal point, talents can apply to jobs.
4. Grant 1 point per week once the talent login to the site at least once a week.

6. No charge for the client, fee charge from talent. Need to be a really simple payment system for MVP. If payment system providers also provide crypto transactions, then this is also an option as payment method.
7. Talent plan: monthly – Beginner(free account), Pro($x: 50 proposal point per month), Expert($y: unlimited proposal point)
8. Payout: transaction fee – Beginner plan(6%), Pro plan(0%), Expert plan(0%)
9. Payment: transaction fee – to Beginner plan talent(x%), to Pro plan talent(y%), to Expert plan talent(z%).
